What to include
Please include your order id (it starts with chk_ or appears on your receipt) and your status link if you have it. That lets us locate your order and delivery state immediately.
Where your memo is delivered
Your paid memo opens on the “View report status” link from your checkout confirmation. When delivery is complete, the memo, supporting records, team checklists, and PDF open there.
