Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds are handled
Refund requests are reviewed manually by our team within 2 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (processed through Stripe). Refunds are not automatic — each request is reviewed. Submit requests through Support with your order id.
If we cannot deliver your memo
If you are charged but CityPulse cannot generate or deliver your memo, you can request a full refund. Contact Support with your order id; we review delivery issue orders and process an approved full refund to your original payment method.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact Support with the order ids or payment reference; we refund verified duplicate charges.
Memo not received
If your memo does not appear on your status link, contact Support with your order id. We will review and either redeliver the memo or, if it cannot be delivered, refund the charge.
Delivered memos
Each memo is a digital good generated specifically for the property you selected and delivered immediately on your status link. Refunds for successfully delivered memos are at our discretion following Support review.
How to request a refund
Contact Support with your order id (it starts with chk_ or appears on your receipt), your status link if you have it, and a short description. We review requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
